Atleast 15 Years of work experience, Should be from Hospital Industry and currently should work as Unit Head or CEO.

Responsibilities:

-
Responsible for the Management, Functioning and Operations of the Hospital in a professional manner and in alignment with the Hospital Philosophy
:

• Responsible for Medical services, Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing and Sales, Nursing and other departments for daily operations,governance and productivity.
• Responsible for preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Unit performance reports and sharing the same with the chairman/board.
• Recommend and responsible for hiring of Consultants
• Interact and maintain cordial relations with all the Consultants/ Clinicians, referral doctors. Obtain feedback on monthly/quarterly basis, submit to thechairman& take corrective and preventive actions in improving thesatisfaction levels of the doctors.
• Responsible for creating Centre's of Excellence for the chosen Medical specialties
• Responsible for budgets, budgetary controls, capital expenditure and operatingexpenditure.
• Initiate cost reduction processes by planning cost control measures in material, services or any other areas including multi skilling with regards to manpower.
• Responsible for statutory, financial, Internal and/or any other audits conducted at the Unit.
• Obtain feedback from the patients and take corrective and preventive actions in improving the satisfaction levels.
• Structure and implement the strategies / policies with regards to growth, business development,medicaltechnology, talent acquisitionand retention (Medical and Nonmedical)
• Responsible for launch and implementation of various Academic Programs at the Unit.
• Responsible for Hospital related Agreements like Business, Service and Facility.
• Serve as a key resource for the organization in terms of planning, overseeing, coordination and providing inputs.
• Coordinate project work, plan timelines and adhere to the same along with the project team.
• Liaising with local bodies, government officials and responsible for all statutory & regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate the performance of the team members and recommend necessary actions with regards to Increments and Promotions.
• Responsible for training &development, work with chairman on the succession plan.
• Responsible for participating and initiating Quality certifications / renewals as per organisation requirements.
• Responsible for creating a climate of teamwork, engaging and motivating employees
• Responsible for initiating & implementing of various clinical and nonclinicalcommittees
• Periodic review of all systems, protocols and processes with the respectiveHODs.
• Perform any other responsibility as required by the Organization.
• To diligently carryout any other responsibility, job role or task assigned
• Qualifications: MBA/ MHA / Equivalent degree desirable

Criteria:

• Minimum work experience should be 15 Years
• Should be willing to work in Bangalore Location.
• Should have the work experience in Hospital Industry.
• Current Designation should be Head/ Unit Head or CEO
