Profile:


  • Position: Commi I (Tandoor and Curry)
  • Experience; Minimum 3 years in Tandoor and Curry
  • Job Location: Pune, Mumbai

Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
  • Preparation of Indian Curries and Naans and other tandoor items
  • Assisting kitchen staff
  • Responsible for completing work in given time
  • Responsible for presentation as per standards
  • Responsible for final food quality
  • Available to work on weekends, night shifts and festivals

Requirements:


  • Chef
  • Indian, (Indoor and curry experience must)
  • Excellent record of kitchen management
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Communication skills
  • Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
  • Available to work in company restaurants or franchise locations across India
  • Must have own conveyance
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience with hospitality industry
