Overview:

As a Payment Releasing Specialist/Incentive Release Co-Ordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and accurate release of payments to the Doctors

You will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity and facilitating smooth operations within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


Payment Processing:
Process payments accurately and efficiently using designated software or financial systems.


Verification:
Verify the accuracy of invoices details, purchase of the Distributors other supporting documentation.


Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations governing payment processing and financial transactions.


Communication:
Collaborate with various departments such as Accounts Payable, Nadi Organizers, Nadi HO Team


Client Management:
Maintain positive relationships with Doctors and Organizers by addressing inquiries and concerns regarding payments promptly and professionally.


Reconciliation:
Reconcile payment records with invoices, receipts, and accounting entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.


Problem Solving:
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors in payments, including identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.


Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of payment transactions, approvals, and related correspondence for auditing and record-keeping purposes.


Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline payment processes, enhance efficiency, and minimize risks through automation, standardization, and best practices.


Experience:

Prior experience in accounts payable, finance, or a similar role involving payment processing.

Proficiency in using software, spreadsheets, and databases for payment processing and reconciliation.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data and financial records.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing financial transactions and payment processing.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
