Job Title:
TERETTORY BUSINESS EXECUTIVE/SALES TEAM LEADER (STL)


Responsibility:


  • Planning and achievement of DSEwise (Sales Executive) Coverage, volume & fundamentals in the assigned area objectives in the assigned area
  • Planning and execution of the promotions & new product launches in the assigned area
  • Planning and achievement of Local Initiatives / priorities
  • Analysis and planning of business DSEwise/ customerwise / Product category/ SKUwise for the assigned area.
  • Skill upgradation of Sales Executives
  • Ongoing Performance review of his/her team of Sales executives
Ensure proper collection for assigned area


Education:
Post Graduates or Graduates in any discipline, Working

Knowledge of MS Office Applications.


Experience:
About - 5 years of sales work experience in FMCG along with team handling


Language:
English & Fluency in local language


Key Criteria:
High Initiative & Follow through skills, Persuasive Communication skills, Strong

Leadership skills and exceptional maturity levels; lower middle class (needy) background,

eligible power of influence, non-unionized environment,

Age not more than 35 years.

Vadodara,Anand - Gujarat


Salary:
₹28, ₹30,000.00 per month
