What you will learn and contribute to

  • Requirement capture and OSS Assurance Design / Inventory Modelling
  • Design of Advanced Correlation and closed loop automation scenarios
  • Integration Specifications & Clarifications
  • Interface contract documentation
  • Support during development and test phases
  • Interaction with stakeholders
  • Ensuring solution architecture is compliant and aligned to the published OSS architecture blueprints and products, technology and infrastructure road maps
  • Reviewing and approving OSS functional designs and OSS technical designs, interface specifications and data mappings for the OSS solution and liaising with cross functional team to achieve high quality design
  • Leading complex OSS transformation projects from the OSS solutions perspective for different Stakeholders
  • Providing OSS Design leadership

Your skills and experience

  • RDD / HLD / LLD / Modelling / RTM Documentation
  • Working closely with customer / DTM/ Test Manager to ensure that the requirement is fully converted into design and the same is implemented in the OSS Assurance domain.
  • Strong technical background in the OSS domain with specific project experience in network modelling and Alarm lifecycle / Performance Management and close loop use cases
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading solution design for complex OSS integration projects in the Fulfilment and/or Assurance domains; should have delivered at least one complex OSS project across network domains
  • Knowledge of Telecommunications networking technologies (legacy and emerging like 5G, SDN, NFV etc)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • UML Modelling tools e.g. StarUML (preferable)
  • MS Office Suite like word, excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Should have good interpersonal communication skills
  • Good understanding of TMF standards
