    Overview:


    The Java Full Stack Developer with React plays a vital role in our organization, contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions.

    This position is crucial for ensuring the seamless integration of front-end and back-end development, and enhancing the overall user experience and functionality of our applications.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing and implementing user interface components using concepts and workflows
    • Designing, developing, and maintaining Javabased applications
    • Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support
    • Collaborating with the crossfunctional teams to define, design, and ship new features
    • Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
    • Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
    • Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
    • Creating and maintaining technical documentation
    • Participating in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
    • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices, and continuously improving development processes
    • Implementing security and data protection measures
    • Coordinating with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic
    • Implementing and validating user authentication and authorization between multiple systems and environments
    • Collaborating with the team to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
    • Participating in code review and team meetings

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (2+ years)
    • Extensive experience with and its core principles
    • Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
    • Strong knowledge of web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    • Experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
    • Understanding of RESTful API design and development
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams
    • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
    • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
    • Proven track record of delivering highquality, maintainable software solutions
    • Knowledge of security best practices and implementation
