This role lies with Genpact Corporate IT Compute Management Division. In this role, you will be responsible to develop reports/dashboards in Power BI with ETL. You will have tremendous opportunities learn in one of the biggest Compute group in the industry._
Responsibilities_

- _Translate business needs to technical specifications_
- _Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools)_
- _Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting_
- _Evaluate and improve existing BI systems_
- _Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses_
- _Create visualizations and reports for requested projects_
- _Develop and update technical documentation_
- _The incumbent would work as part of Analytics team to deliver Sales ,Finance and HR Business Analytics Project_
- _Manage tasks in a fast-paced environment to ensure they are completed on time with attention to delivering high quality results._
- _Work closely with the various IT teams (Internal and External) to consume new data sources, refine existing data source and build out data visualizations and self-service data access capabilities._

Qualifications_
Minimum qualifications_

- _B.E/B Tech/MCA_
- _Robust analytical and problem solving skill_
- _Proven experience in Power BI, SQL Server Analysis Services, Cube Design & Modelling, Reporting, Dashboarding and Analytics using Power BI._
- _Ability to lead the team of developers to deliver end to end Power BI Solution._
- _Experience in Azure Cloud. Azure certification will be preferred._
- _Experience connecting Microsoft Power BI to various data sources

IBM DB2, Hadoop Hive Data Sets Impala, SAS Data Sets, MS Excel, CSV, Text, MS Access, SQL Server, MySQL etc.

_
- _Proven experience as a Power BI Developer and designer_
- _Experience in Power BI concepts such as DAX, Scripting, Security implementation & cube designing etc._
- _Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining_
- _In-depth understanding of database & Datawarehouse concepts, online analytical processing (OLAP) & SQL_
- _Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing and supporting Microsoft Analytics technology area based solutions that includes SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and Power BI_
- _Exposure in working on Azure will be preferred_

Preferred qualifications_

- _Experience in implementing database solutions on MS SQL Server, Oracle and DB2 required._
- _Microsoft/IBM Cloud experience_
