**Job description of Oracle HCM Functional Consultant: - **- Lead BAU activities for Core HR and Security module

Propose improvements in existing business processes to be aligned with industry's best practices
Liaise with Business to take requirements, Design, develop and Demo the prototype
Conduct global training/awareness sessions
Ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
Implement Quarterly updates and Change requests
Help/guide team resolving the complex support tickets

About you

510 years of total experience in Oracle HCM/HRMS which includes 46 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Expert in implementation and Support (Business As Usual) and having experience of requirements gathering,design, build, golive, testing in Compensation Module of Oracle HCM Cloud.
Should have completed 34 end to end implementations of Core HR in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Should be well versed in Security configuration
Good knowledge on Approval workflow, HCM Design studio etc
Exposure to other HCM modules like Recruitment, Talent Mgmt, C&B is advantageous
Ability to lead and interact with higher management
Experience in working for HRIS department of the company
Good business acumen and selfmotivated individual

Salary:
₹1,200, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
