RAchitects is seeking a talented and hardworking Architect/Interior Designer with 2+ years of experience.


This position will be working directly with the principal and is responsible for developing and executing the design from the conceptual stage through completion and construction.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare Plans, Designs and 3d renders.
  • Prepare design concepts, mood boards etc.
  • Research, select and specify materials and finishes.
  • Suggest appropriate finish materials and their specifications.
  • Site Visits with coordination with all stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • A creative Design Portfolio is required. Experience in residential design is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in the following programs: AutoCAD, Google SketchUP, Lumion and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to work efficiently and effectively under deadlines.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Participate in Site Analysis, including survey of existing site conditions and site measurements.

Salary:
₹8, ₹200,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
