Therole includes working as part of a global team across the NA andEMEA regions. The role will report to the Technology Compliance SOxTeam Lead. This role will ensure Enterprise Technology and businessteams are engaged to deliver the technology and IT scope of theglobal SOx audit and ensure deficiencies are communicated andaddressed by controlowners.

Thisrole will support and report to the Technology Compliance SOx TeamLead and work closely with Finance colleagues responsible forbusiness process controls and the overall global SOx auditprogram

Accountable forsupporting delivery of Technology scope SOx controls andaudit.

Support keySOximpacting projects to ensure control change is designed andoperated effectively during and after project implementation.

Attend andcontribute to key governanceforums

Produce timelymetrics to support governance reportingrequirements.

Engagementwith Auditors for planning and coordination of audits includingevidence requests andwalkthroughs

Engagementwith thirdparty vendors who operate controls within theorganizations environment leveraged forSOx.

Skills:

Experience inworking with a dynamic multilocationteam.

Ability tomultitask and manage communications with multiple stakeholdersconcurrently.

Understandmaintain and manage complex and everchanging IT controlenvironments covering access change IT operations andgovernance.

Support keyfinancial objectives via technologydrivenprocesses.

Qualifications:

Educated todegree level orequivalent

Experienceof working within a Global Financialorganization
