KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for all activities which falls into under branch which includes business development, operation, admin, etc.
  • Core responsibility is business development and strive to maintain profitable branch.
  • Responsible for building and nurturing team.
  • Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals.
  • Coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
  • Should have good amount of understanding about financial instrument likes Mutual Fund, Equity, Fixed Income instruments like FD, Bond, NCD etc.
PROBLEM SOLVING - Strong time and man management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise work - Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines


Salary:
₹267, ₹400,000.00 per year
