A decade old training company is looking for individuals who can manager services for offering training related services for Individuals and corporates.

The person MUST have prior experience in this industry and be willing to take complete P&L responsibility for the location.

The
Job Profile is as follows

  • Hire and build team and ensure good team management and retention
  • Student servicing and operations
  • Monitor batch occupancy for the center
  • Coordinate with regional teams
  • Making product wise marketing plans and ensures execution of the same
  • Drive Marketing and Business Development for the assigned territory
  • Ensure revenue targets are met for the center
  • To handle Institutional Sales function for the territory
  • To strengthen the company's reach in the assigned market
  • Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development
  • To network with Institutions and key decision makers
  • To generate walk ins within branch
  • To establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets, including top schools, colleges, tuition centres, other educational centres, associations, clubs, industry associations etc
  • Build relations with various Student bodies including student Union etc.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From ₹10,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Rotational shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
