Job Summary:


The Administrative Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
  • Manage the organization's financial and accounting operations, including budget preparation and monitoring, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial reporting requirements.
  • Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment and hiring, staff orientation, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including maintaining accurate records of members and their payments and other related documentation.
  • Manage the organization's facilities and equipment, including procurement, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including meetings, workshops, and fundraising activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and vendors.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on administrative activities and performance metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a non-profit organization.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing nonprofit organizations in India.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the organization's mission and values.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
