Description
Roles and Responsibilities- Assist customers with product or servicerelated inquiries and issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve customer support processes
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or conflicts.
Pay:
₹15, ₹19,000.00 per month
