Description
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product or servicerelated inquiries and issues
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve customer support processes
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints or conflicts.

Pay:
₹15, ₹19,000.00 per month
