Description
Bachelor's/Master's degree with 7 to 14 years of Physical Design experience primarily in power analysis, estimation, and optimization flow.

  • Experience in power supply and signal integrity analysis, using industrystandard tools at Block and fullchip level.
  • Experience in IO, Bump planning and RDL routing Strategy is a plus.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills in design implementation and power integration, should be well versed with scripting language PERL/TCL/AWK/Shell.
  • Ability to plan and work independently and coordinate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Good communication skills and selfdiscipline contribute to a team environment.
Someone who can lead PSI signoff for tapeouts for EM/IR, Stati, Dynamic runs, Power/Signal signoff etc.


Salary:
₹1,449, ₹3,814,385.76 per year
