Wood is currently recruiting for 1 P&O Administrators for a fixed term of 1 year.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Attendance updates
  • Receiving attendance list from Teams
  • Filter list to qualifiers (meets the 90 min attendance threshold)
  • Using the PMA Tool, mark attendance for those with registrations (this updated to the PMA training registrations list in SharePoint)
  • If attendee does not have an existing registration, must create a registration for attendee
  • For all new registrations created, a new PMA Profile must also be created
  • Compare training registrations against existing PMA Profile
  • Create profiles for attendees without existing profiles
  • Manage Oracle Export data Leavers (approx 20 weekly)
  • Verify accuracy of data
  • Initiate workflow to update MDL
  • Manage Oracle Export data Joiners
  • Verify accuracy of data
  • Map Oracle profile to PMA MDL structure (job family, job function)
  • Initiate workflow to update MDL
  • Update profiles in MDL to align with data to date in Oracle
  • Receive Oracle export of all active employees
  • Identify existing PMA profiles
  • Map Oracle profile to PMA MDL structure (job family, job function)
  • Verify accuracy of data
  • Initiate workflow update in MDL
  • Verifying attendance by request
  • Additional supporting tasks as needed

Qualifications:


  • Business or HR Degree or relevant qualification is ideal, but not essential

Job specific experience:


  • Knowledge of HRIS tools (Oracle preferred), case management tools and exposure to a shared service centre environment
  • Possess initiative & drive, with strong desire to continuously improve process and deliver within agreed objective/ Service Level
  • Previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information
  • Preparing documents following templates and instructions to ensure accuracy
  • Previous experience in Oil & Gas Environment is added advantage
