Oversee the process of release of Purchase orders and Work orders and documenting the same, End to end purchase management, vender management and Inventory management with proper cost control and quality standard.


Responsibilities include:

  • Finalization & Tracking of procurement plan in consultation with department and procurement analytics (cost optimization opportunities in one or more areas)
  • Making comparative statements. after Negotiation with Vendors & order finalization.
  • Execution of purchase order & follow up with vendors till receipt of materials.
  • Proper controlling of store department.
  • Proper reconciliation of the material of all site & store.
  • Responsible for inventory control & purchase order.
  • Proper coordination with the site regarding requirement of the material.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)

  • Purchase in
Construction Industry: 1 year (preferred)
