Hiring for FIELD EXECUTIVES for a RO Purifier company

Location :
Ramkoti / King Kothi / Afzal Gunj / Begum Bazar

Experience :
Fresher to 3 years (Training will be provided)

Salary : 12000 to 20000* per month (Including performance incentives)

( Fixed:
₹ 12,000 - ₹ 15,000, Incentive: ₹ 5,000 )

Installation of parts and equipment of the brand
Proper maintenance and repairing
Visiting customer places to provide RO water purifier installations & service repairs
Completing all allocated jobs on site: installation, service repair, and maintenance.
Educating or providing demos to the customers on product usage/maintenance.
Diagnosing technical issues and providing proper service solutions.
Adherence of customer appointments and closing jobs within company TAT.
To be used Mobile Apps for service calls attendance, closing and Updation in system
Generating service revenue through AMCs and spare parts sales meeting Targets.
Sharing proper service invoices to customers upon purchase of services and spare parts.
To be ensured soft skills at customer place: Dressing, grooming, communication and fairness
