Job Title:
HR Internship.


SG Gurukul, a leading digital marketing agency, is offering a dynamic HR Internship opportunity for aspiring HR professionals. As an HR Intern, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the HR team in endtoend recruitment and selection processes.
- creating job descriptions and sourcing data from various portals and handling them.

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires & ensuring retention.
  • Aid in maintaining employee records, updating databases, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help organize teambuilding activities.
  • Assist in handling HRrelated queries from employees and directing them to the appropriate channels.
  • Contribute to HR projects, such as policy development and process improvement.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
  • Maintaining the smooth flow of communication and relation with management and coworkers.

Requirements:


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • An eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR team's success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • IMMEDIATE JOINERS NEEDED
  • WORK FROM OFFICE.

Salary:
₹4, ₹6,000.00 per month
