We are looking for a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our dynamic team.As an Infrastructure Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge infrastructure solutions, while also serving as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams.
Your comprehensive knowledge of various technologies, including Storage, Unix, Linux, Windows, Virtualization, and Cloud platforms, will be instrumental in delivering top-notch services and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Solution Design:
Develop and design innovative infrastructure solutions that align with customer requirements and industry best practices, covering areas such as Storage, Unix, Linux, Windows, Virtualization, and Cloud platforms.
Customer Interaction:
Effectively communicate with customers to understand their specific needs, present service offerings, and guide them through the selection of suitable packages to meet their objectives.
Requirement Analysis:
Analyze customer requirements and collaborate closely with the sales and implementation teams to translate those needs into comprehensive infrastructure plans.
Technical Expertise:
Serve as the go-to person for the implementation and development teams, providing expert guidance and support for any infrastructure-related queries or challenges.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions and timely project delivery, while resolving any potential roadblocks.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all infrastructure designs and solutions comply with industry standards, security protocols, and company policies, maintaining the highest level of quality.
Innovation and Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative approaches to enhance infrastructure services and customer experience.
Requirements:
Proven Experience:
A minimum of [5] years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect, with a strong track record of designing and implementing infrastructure solutions in complex environments.
Technical Expertise:
