Experience years in BPO industry & 1 year in training


Specific Requirement - TOT certification from NSDC in Call Center/Customer Care Executive JOB ROLE is mandatory.


KRS:


  • 1. Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information._
  • 2. Prepare training session plans & presentations._
  • 3. Prepare training content as per guidelines._
  • 4. Identify training resources._
  • 5. Maintain a record of class attendance._
  • 6. Monitor class progress on daily basis._
  • 7. To conduct theory and practical sessions with field assets._
  • 8. To prepare and submit all reports timely to center manager and HO._
  • 9. To communicate with center manager and HO on regular basis._
  • 10. Monitor and track student's progress and handle any issues that arise._

Skills Required:


  • 1. Should be proactive, hardworking individual_
  • 2. Should have good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills (English and_
  • Hindi)_
  • 3. Should be willing to travel_
  • 4. Should have excellent time management skills_
  • 5. Should be able to assist seniors_
  • 6. Should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Proficient with MS Excel,_
  • Word & formatting)_
  • 7. Preference to person from Training domain._

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
