Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and facilitate project planning, daily standup meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Coordinate technical aspects of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with project managers, team members, clients, and vendors to develop project plans and timelines.
  • Ensure that project tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that project status is accurately reflected in project management tools.
  • Ensure that project documentation is complete, uptodate, and readily accessible.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and communication, including status meetings, stakeholder meetings, and team meetings.
  • Ensure that project changes are documented, communicated, and approved by stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate project issues and risks to project managers, and work with them to develop and implement solutions.
  • Support the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve project management processes and practices.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven
    2 years experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in an IT company.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, such as JIRA and Trello.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and SDLC methodologies.
  • Experience with Scrum and other Agile frameworks.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, such as continuous integration and delivery.

Salary:
₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Agile: 2 years (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
