Job Title:
US Mortgage Process International Call Center Agent

Shift Timings : 8pm to 5am


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to US mortgage process clients
  • Answer questions about mortgage products and processes
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Salary:
