Key job accountabilities:


  • Responsible for office upkeep and maintenance. Ensuring office is fully functional with all required facilities such as pantry, utilities setup, cab facility arrangement setup etc.
  • Responsible for arranging company events such as team offsites, lunch, dinners etc. and procuring employee goodies.
  • Supporting company's digital marketing efforts and managing company social media pages on LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Twitter etc.
  • Using Canva or other creative tools to design and develop different types of sales and marketing & festivities brochures.
  • Coming up with daily/weekly schedule for social media content and posts.
  • Make relevant connections through company social media accounts and follow up on any potential leads.
  • Responsible for regular employee engagement activities and establishing a cohesive work environment. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Supporting recruitment and generalist HR activities as required.
  • Publish weekly, monthly HR reports on various metrics like hiring, attrition, employee engagement, employee satisfaction etc.
  • Graduation.
  • Must have
    long term association/future plans to stay within Tricity area.
  • Must be techsavvy and have knowledge of various tools such as Canva, Adobe photoshop, Corel Draw etc.

Competencies:


  • Willing to work in Split/Evening shifts and/or any other flexi shift timings based on business requirements.
  • Possess professional attitude, excellent presentation, and written & verbal English communication skills for interacting with global team.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to follow directions. Must be comfortable in USA voice calling for team interaction.
  • Outgoing personality with a flair for social media and developing new connections. Good Public Relations skills.
  • Gogetter attitude and willing to do various tasks as required.
  • Must be a resourceful out of the box thinker and highly creative.
  • Must be able to follow through committed timelines/deadlines. Selfstarter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible to work on all shifts and stretch during month ends and/or deadlines.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as with others and facilitate teamwork and cooperation. Must work in liaison with stakeholders involved in work.
  • Able to work under deadlines & target pressure and handles rejection well.
