What you'll do at Magnes:

A breakthrough product in the Indian go karting space, outstanding response over the last 5 years, a strong customer base and potential to take this pan-India.

The Magnes ION+ is at the forefront of India's go karting space with world's first fully integrated smart go kart.

As a Sales Associate you'll play a key role in the growth story ahead of us and success story of our customers.

Your short term responsibility will be to maintain the churn at the entry level of the sales funnel. Also, be at the front handling customer through the initial stage of the sales cycle.

This would mean that you will need to establish churning the top of the sales funnel with generating, filtering and curating leads from multiple channels.

Interacting with people :
An obvious requirment for a sales person Go-getters who can network and interact with a host of people.

Empathy & Active listening :
To active listen to client's requirment and feed them with required info for easy & quick decision making.

Establishing rapport :
Develop relationships, creating lasting impressions and manage stakeholders expectations.

Required experience & skill set:

The ability to influence without authority is a must-have.
The ability to think out of way communication and leg in the room approach.
Past experience in sales will be a plus, but not a complusion.

Salary:
₹10, ₹14,779.00 per month
