Description

As a Telecaller at our Outdoor Media Advertising Agency, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by effectively communicating with potential clients and promoting our outdoor advertising solutions.

You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospects, understanding their advertising needs, and persuading them to utilize our services.

Your goal will be to generate leads, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our agency.


Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lists or databases.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.

Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our outdoor advertising solutions, including formats, locations, pricing, and special offers.

Client Engagement: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their advertising objectives and challenges.

Solution Pitching: Present our advertising solutions in a compelling manner, highlighting their benefits and suitability to meet clients' needs.

Objection Handling: Address any concerns or objections raised by prospects with confidence and professionalism.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and relevant information in the CRM system.

Performance Tracking: Keep track of call metrics, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to assess individual and team performance.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering excellent service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging demeanor.
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to pitch products/services effectively over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
