About the role


Responsibilities

  • Catering to customer phone calls and diverting the call to the relevant departments
  • Onboarding team for a more advanced form of query resolution
  • Fixing appointments based on the availability of customers(Students and Parents)
  • Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience
  • Coordinate with other departments such as Onboarding, admissions, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity and ethics in every interaction with students and their families, clients and colleagues.
  • Use popular CRM systems to manage and nurture student leads as well as collaborate with colleagues
  • Go the extra mile to engage students/parents by building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Schedule and conduct phone discussions and office meetings to accurately convey course / program information ensuring that each students' needs are being met. This includes advising students with respect to admissions requirements, processes and qualification options.

Essential requirements:

Educated to at least bachelor's degree level or equivalent and MBA degree (if applicable will be a plus)

Highly fluent in spoken and written English

Outstanding communication skills

Excellent planning and multitasking skills

Passion for working with students

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong IT skills - Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month


Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer support: 2 years (preferred)
  • Customer relationship management: 2 years (preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
