Description

As a Customer Support Executive/Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and support to clients, dealers, and end-users.

Your role will involve resolving inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring overall client's satisfaction.

This position will require a strong understanding of systems, and manufacturing processes to effectively assist clients with their concerns and queries.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide detailed and accurate technical support according to the enquiry and manufacturing-related processes.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's models, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes to effectively communicate product features and benefits to the clients.
  • Handle order placements, modifications, ensuring that client's requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Regular Follow-ups with clients.
  • May require to visits the client as per the requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inquiries, and status of action.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technological advancements, and industry-related information to enhance the service skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must be a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred with minimum of 1 to 4 year experience.



  • Strong knowledge of automobiles, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes is essential for providing effective technical support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships with clients.
  • Problem-solving Abilities: Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • The capacity to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Should open to travel.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Field sales: 1 year (required)
Automobile Sales: 1 year (preferred)

  • 100% (required)
