Key Areas of Responsibility

Hyperlocal marketing: Organising camps in Apartments/Societies, Sports arenas/academies/Schools
B2C: Building New tieups and continuing to maintain existing tieups with Apartments/Societies, Sports arenas/academies/Schools
Referral Business: Establishing referral business by visiting small clinics and individual practitioners
General Physicians and other practitioners, including surgeons in the areas.
Client &

Community Relationship:
Maintaining good relations and handling any escalations

Lead Generation: Generating lead for different services from clients and community
Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
BTL activities: Arranging for paper inserts and pamphlet distribution as per business needs
Building Database: Creating Data base by searching from internet
Identifying potential new business opportunities

Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

Education

MBA
Marketing fresher or a combination of any Graduation with Corporate Sales (min 3 years exps)
Keen interest in the healthcare industry
A clear understanding of the client acquisition cycle
Willingness to work and travel extensively in the assigned territory

Clear communication (verbal & written in Kannada and English)
Ability to maintain confidentiality & strong work ethics
Good analytical & problemsolving ability, prioritising ability while multitasking
Decisionmaking abilities and taking responsibility for decisions

Financial acumen
Ability to use MS office effectively
