- To perform the role/activity assigned with close collaboration with other members of the team/ with other teams.
- Role Dimension of the Position: No.
- Non-supervisory role. Hence, no reportees.
- Key Critical Accountabilities of the Position:
- Accountable for completing the activities assigned by the team leader of the team in which the individual is a member of, as per the set SOP for the activity.
- Roles and Responsibilities 1. Maintaining complete knowledge of the process of the role in which the member is working
- 2. Carrying the daily activity of the assigned role and delivering the service with in a defined TAT for the respective activity
- 3. Preparation and circulation of MIS with respect to the activity that is being handled by the member
- 4. Be a team player and extend support to other teams as and when such requirement arises
- 5. Learn the complete process of all the activities of CSG and should be ready to shift to any activity as per the requirement of the organization
- 6. Maintaining documentation and proper filing of documents for easier retrieval in case of any future requirement
- 7. Maintain Internal & external customer satisfaction by providing quality service within the defined SOP
