Tresskin, the premium range of salons in the tricity, is looking to hire an experienced caller with the following:


Job Description:


  • Will have to make and receive calls from new/existing customers.
  • Specialize in Salon Product sales and support.
  • Inform customers about new offers as launched by the management.
  • Identify customer's needs and requirements, clarifying information wherever possible.
  • Drive in sales via phone call
  • Solve customer's queries on call.
  • Coordinate between salon team, product delivery teams and clients.
  • Set up appointments via call.

Skills:


  • Prior experience as a tele caller or something similar
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in high pressure situations.
  • Should be good with the basics of computers.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali, Mohali , Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
