SAN - JD
Must have 4-6 Years' experience of SAN Administration on Dell & Pure. Storage Arrays like EMC VMAX/PowerMax & Pure.

All Flash in a multi-tenant environment.

Experience on ECS-Object & Cloudian would be an added advantage.

Proficient in Troubleshooting SAN / NAS issues on storage arrays as well as SAN FABRIC.
Should be able to perform zoning on ]\ SAN Switches.

Manage the routine operational works, Incident Tickets, Services Requests, and Tasks assigned though ITSM ticketing tool or different other related sources

NAS - JD
Must have 4-6 Years' experience of NAS Administration on NetApp, Cohesity.

Well verse with protocols NFS, CIFS, Multiprotocol and iSCSI exposure on NetApp.

Do understand the backup & archival solution as part of NetApp and Cohesity storage products.

Proficient in Troubleshooting on NAS issues on storage arrays,

Able to lead resolution and diagnostics in call with multiple team,

Independently able to represent storage team in the EMIM bridge with multiple stakeholders for the resolution of high critical incidents

Manage the routine operational works, Incident Tickets, Services Requests, and Tasks assigned though ITSM ticketing tool or different other related sources
