Job Title:
fresher Business Development Executive (BDE) - B2B Sales (Fresher - Female) Location


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and target markets for the company's products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular communication and followups.
  • Develop sales strategies and approaches for various client segments and industries.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of the company's offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring a winwin situation for both parties.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously stay uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:


  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • A customercentric approach with a focus on delivering value to clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • A proactive and resultsoriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
