Description
We are hiring empathetic, flexible and professional Customer Support Executives for our company - Andaaz Fashion based at Delhi.

The main responsibilities will involve providing the accurate information of the product to the customers and solving their queries and complaints.


_Roles and Responsibilities_

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Should be flexible with Rotational shift/ Rotational off. (Day shift/Night shift)

_ Work from Office only


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi , Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
