IT EXECUTIVE
- Job Title: IT Executive (Techno-Functional)
- Reporting to: IT Lead

- Location: Kalina (Corporate)
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor in Computer Application
- Desired Qualification: Masters in Computer Application
- Age: 2530 years
- Required experience range: 3 to 5years
- Targeted industry: Any Industry
- Division: Corporate
- Department: IT Application
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To act as a liaison between Business, IT & SI partner.
- SI partner/ Vendor supports the RUN & Change functions.
- Vertical Leads & their direct reports form a relationship with Vendor partner, IT Infra, IT InfoSec & Business to deliver on Incident Management & Change requests
- Support Allcargo & related websites hosting, changes in design, workflow, etc.
- Knowledge on File Transfer Protocols, Servers logins for monitoring batch processing, logs, housekeeping (space)
- Help with DR related activities
- Experience in Project execution with SDLC cycle,Users training and Support post Go Live
- BCA / MCA (preferred) should have business bent of mind. Understand Data & Process workflows, data transfer, data logic, SDLC model,
- From Technology familiarity with MS tech stack,.Net/ASP, MS SQL, HTML,Server related basic activities
- Good Communication Skills, Stakeholder Management
