MISSION OF THE POSITION
Provide coordinate measurement report vis a vis customer specified hole position report.

Responsibilities:

Verification of regular production rails, prototype rails, trials using FARO Laser tracker, FARO Arm and other measuring instruments

- as per priority plan.

Prepare FARO report and circulate to all stake holders, for feedback on process results.
Closely interact with Prod. Development, Production, Process Engg, Maintenance ,logistics and Quality.
Ensure timely calibration of tracker and arm.
Ensure periodic AMC of FARO equipments.
Ensure spares of FARO including SMR, remote etc.
Ensure software license update and usage of applicable software.
Ability to handle crane and get certified for its operating.
Prepare Layout report.
Based on organizational needs, should be able to work in different processes.

Academic & Experience

ITI/Diploma with minimum 1 year of experience in quality control area, use of measuring tools & reading of measuring tools.
