Job Summary:
Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Provide personalized consultation to clients regarding visa requirements, procedures, and documentation.

Compliance: Stay updated on changes in visa regulations, immigration policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration) preferred.
- Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in a visa consultancy firm, travel agency, embassy, or consulate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of visa regulations and immigration laws.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages may be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation and problemsolving skills.
