Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India- We are looking for Accounts Intern to perform various accounting tasks and support our Accounts department's daily activities.
- On the Job Training will be provided, however basic knowledge on Accounts functions would be required.
- Selected intern's daytoday responsibilities include:
- Invoice verification
- Purchase order verification
- Claiming pending bills and invoice
- Expenses claim and forwarding for approval of claim
- Maintaining attendance book
- Assisting senior employees
- Managing workflow by communicating task assigned to employee
Skills Required:
- Working on Cloud Accounting Software
- Zoho / QuickBooks / Deskera
- Google Office Suite
- Sheets, Forms & Docs
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Excel Sheet & Word
- Good communication proficiency (Both verbal & written)
- Time management
- Multitasking ability
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Excel, Accounting Software
