You will be a part of the Omni-commerce team at Decathlon, with a specific focus on- E-Commerce Turnover & Turnover growth
- Conversion Rate on mobile app and web
- Marketing Efficiencies (ROAS)
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to assess the effectiveness of our ecommerce initiatives, including website traffic, conversion rates, customer behavior, and sales trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within the data to drive strategic decisionmaking and improve ecommerce performance.
- Conduct indepth analysis of customer segmentation, purchasing patterns, and product performance to optimize marketing campaigns and merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product management, and finance, to ensure alignment and support datadriven initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in ecommerce analytics to stay uptodate with advancements and leverage new techniques and tools.
- Identify and implement improvements to data collection, tracking, and reporting processes to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in ecommerce analytics or a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, GTM etc
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Experience in conducting A/B testing, funnel analysis, and segmentation.
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and understanding of online retail operations.
- Familiarity with SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for ecommerce and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
