Positions
:
Accounts Associate/Accounts Executive
Experience: 2+ years
- Maintaining books of accounts for Indian and MNC clients
- Recording transactions in accounting system
- Preparing periodical Management Reports
- Calculations and filing of various taxes viz GST, TDS, PT etc
- Communicating with the clients representatives and management
- Working with, helping and supporting your team
- Attending client calls
- Preparing financials and getting the audit through with the auditors
- Reconciliations, forecasting and budgeting
- Managing complete accounting function of the assigned clients
- Any other tasks assigned to the team

What we expect from you:
Must have:
- You are expected to be very strong in Accounting Fundamentals (Debits and Credits)
- Passion for accounting
- You should have good knowledge of basic Excel features
- Experience of working in the accounts department of corporate.
- You should be willing to take up responsibility to handle the complete accounts of the client.
- You should be willing to learn new accounting softwares and keep studying their different features
If you have the following, it will be an Added advantage:
- Ability to communicate well in English.
- Ability to handle situations in the time of work pressures.
- Experience of preparing up-to-date financials.
- Experience of interacting with the auditors and resolving their queries.
- Good oral and written communication
Expected Qualification:
Commerce Graduate is basic requirement.
Any further qualification will be an added advantage.
