Positions
:
Accounts Associate/Accounts Executive
Experience: 2+ years

Maintaining books of accounts for Indian and MNC clients
Recording transactions in accounting system
Preparing periodical Management Reports
Calculations and filing of various taxes viz GST, TDS, PT etc
Communicating with the clients representatives and management
Working with, helping and supporting your team
Attending client calls
Preparing financials and getting the audit through with the auditors
Reconciliations, forecasting and budgeting
Managing complete accounting function of the assigned clients
Any other tasks assigned to the team

What we expect from you:

Must have:

You are expected to be very strong in Accounting Fundamentals (Debits and Credits)
Passion for accounting
You should have good knowledge of basic Excel features
Experience of working in the accounts department of corporate.
You should be willing to take up responsibility to handle the complete accounts of the client.
You should be willing to learn new accounting softwares and keep studying their different features

If you have the following, it will be an Added advantage:

Ability to communicate well in English.
Ability to handle situations in the time of work pressures.
Experience of preparing up-to-date financials.
Experience of interacting with the auditors and resolving their queries.
Good oral and written communication

Expected Qualification:

Commerce Graduate is basic requirement.
Any further qualification will be an added advantage.
