Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD)
Categorizing bank and credit card transactions
Creating Invoices
Recording Bills
Processing and Recording Payrolls
Reconciling Bank and Credit Cards
Maintaining Inventory
AR and AP management
To record sale and expense accounting entries with accuracy and consistency.
To update and reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
To create a new vendor and update the details of the existing vendors in the software.
To ensure quality controls according to the execution and reporting of the process.
Also to work on process improvement from time to time.
Should have expertise in working on Quickbooks.
