Advisor assists in the operational enablement and readiness of services offerings and capabilities, fulfilling user requests, resolving service failures, fixing problems and carrying out routine operational tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities
Perform the Customer facing role for security operational teams having knowledge and experience on security product and support on IT Security based services to a specified group of external global/corporate customers
Form an integral part of 24*7 rota to provide security in-life support
Own complex customer issues and see them through to resolution
Triage, Review, and implement standard security specific changes in line with Customer security policies and change control processes
Troubleshoot complex network environments and providing detailed analysis and fixing issues within contractual obligation and SLA

Perform routine assignments using established procedures
Contribute to the engineering and implementation of security solutions
Create documentation for support and operations tasks
Ensure that all agreed communication, notification, updates are delivered in timely manner
Knowledge of device health monitoring tools and systems
Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Consultants to build strong customer relationships
Collaborate and share knowledge with other Engineers and Administrators on the support floor
Skills

Have basic knowledge of NGFW, UTM, automation, networking concepts and devices
Have experience of multiple security vendors (e.g. Palo Alto, F5, Cisco,Cisco FTD and Checkpoint) and/or hold relevant certifications
Have knowledge on migrating the Firewalls from different vendor.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
Have knowledge of devices that operate at multiple levels of the OSI stack
Have good knowledge of routing protocols, security concepts and public cloud platforms
