The Compensation Specialist is responsible for providing ad hoc queries, job code requests, and standard report compilation. He/She identifies and translates user systems requirements to develop complex forms, report layouts, and programs. This position examines business report content to develop new formats, improve existing formats, and preserve basic format characteristics. He/She provides administrative support and participates in special assignments.
