We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our passionate team.

As a Sales Executive in the tourism industry, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting our travel packages, establishing strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

You will play a pivotal role in helping travelers embark on unforgettable journeys while contributing to the success of our company.

1-3 years of experience as sales executive or equivalent designation in tourism industry.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Generation:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including individual travelers, corporate clients, and travel agencies.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Knowledge:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our travel packages, destinations, and services to provide tailored recommendations to clients.

Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently striving for exceptional performance.

Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies effectively.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales.

Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, including pre-trip and post-trip support.

Documentation:
Accurately maintain sales records, contracts, and customer information in our system.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record in sales,
    preferably in the tourism industry
:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and resultsdriven.
  • Passion for travel and willingness to explore destinations.

Education:

Bachelors/ Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.


Salary:

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
