Description
Location - Bhadrak(Odisha)
- Assist in identification of potential villages with good number of bean gatherers in and around cluster area by conducting Surveys in designated districts.
- Conducting farmers mobilization camps in bean potential areas along with lady influencers.
- Meeting with bean gatherers and VCP agents regularly in their locations and ensure high quality information flows between Village level.
- Assisting in measuring and verifying the physical stocks of bean in every VCP locations on regular basis.
- Coordination with VCP agents for maintaining quality parameters of beans before purchase.
- Monitor harvesting samples collected from bean gatherers/ suppliers/ processors against standards, report back on issues and monitor responses.
- Work in collaboration with Social Impact Manager to deliver suitable strategy.
Salary:
₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
