Job Profile:

As a Junior Learning Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with neurological differences.

Your primary responsibilities will revolve around understanding these differences and adapting support to cater to individual needs.

You will contribute to the development and delivery of customized lesson plans, ensuring that they align with the unique requirements of each student.

You will actively engage in classroom instruction, providing essential support to enhance student learning.


Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Learning Facilitator located in Aldona, Goa.

• Develop and plan lessons tailored to students strengths.
• Tracking behavior and goal progress of the students.
• Build and execute IEPs for individual students
• Develop report cards and collaborate with parents for suitable outcomes in student progress
• Collaborate with the Education team on building Goals and Curriculum

Qualifications

• Must have 03 years of experience in special needs education and psychology.
• Strong Communication & Listening Skills
• Strong Documentation Skills
• Exceptional Teamwork Aptitude
• Proficient in Multitasking and work Prioritization
• Demonstrates Effective Planning & Ownership
• Experience with Google Docs, and Google Sheets
• Fluency in Konkani, Hindi, and English
