    My LokalMarket is an E-Commerce start-up, specializing in delivering kitchen essentials including specialty staples, poultry, fish, and meats, directly to our customers' doorsteps. We are looking to hire a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team.

    Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience. This role involves managing various aspects of the ecommerce business, including order fulfillment logistics in sync with the delivery and supplier teams, inventory management, customer service, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise and optimize the order fulfillment process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.

    Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain healthy inventory levels and address any supply chain issues.

    Monitor and address any issues related to product quality, shipping, and customer satisfaction

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.

    Proven experience in ecommerce operations management.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, logistics, and order fulfillment processes

    Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

    Salary: INR 3 lac p.a - INR 4.5 lac p.a

    Joining: Immediate
