Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including online courses, videos, and multimedia presentations.
Create assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning materials.
Utilize instructional design principles and learning theories to create innovative and effective learning experiences.
Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in instructional design and educational technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in instructional design and elearning development.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and educational technology.
Proficiency in elearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Canva, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
