JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES

Counsel visitors and convince them to register
Answering phone calls and keeping records of all enquires
Follow up on leads
Ensure achievement of sales targets
Maintain good relations with all guests
Correspond with members and coaching participants
Maintain records of all registrations
Management of activities at the center and general center maintenance

KEY COMPETENCIES

Must have at least 2 years of experience in sales of services
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self driven with strong adherence to deadlines
Excellent problemsolving and customer service skills
Should be energetic with a passion to learn and grow
Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet, etc
Exposure to sports is an added advantage

Netplay has setup Gamepoints, world class multisport centers in Madhapur, Ayyappa Society, IDA Uppal and Nizampet, Kukatpally Housing Board, Narsingi in Hyderabad.

These centers have international standard badminton courts, squash courts, table tennis, basketball courts, football turf, swimming pools, box cricket and gyms.

Netplay plans to setup a network of Gamepoint centers across the country. Successful serial entrepreneurs including IIM alumni form the core team of Netplay.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
