Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing and coordinating all aspects of the sales process, from inquiry to order fulfilment.
Process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order information, pricing, and terms.
Communicate with clients to confirm orders, provide order status updates, and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers, monitoring shipment status and resolving any delivery issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales orders, and related documentation using CRM software or other designated systems.
Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients, incorporating product specifications and pricing information.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that sales materials and product information are up-to-date and readily available to the sales team and clients.
Participate in sales meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel if necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Strong proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Knowledge of food products and industry trends is a plus.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Salary:
₹8, ₹16,000.00 per month
